AGM
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Trinity PFA!
I hereby give notice that the Trinity PFA’s AGM is to be held on Thursday 22nd October 2020. The evening will commence at 8.00pm zoom.
The PFA plays a vital part in the school community and all parents are invited to support the AGM. This is your chance to hear and see how the funds, you have helped to raise, have been used for the benefit of the children at our school. It will also include how the committee manages the organisation, the accounts – the treasurers report and to celebrate our achievements of the last academic year.
If you want to get involved in the PFA, the AGM is an opportunity for you to elect committee members or representatives for specific job roles. You don’t even have to be a parent at the school to be involved. The role of Chair, Treasurer and Secretary are up for nomination this year. These roles are obligatory by the charity commission for the PFA to exist. The PFA will dissolve in January 2021 if nobody comes forward to claim the appointments.
