Stall Holder/Advertising Application Form
Hello,
We are the Parents and Friends Association (PFA) for Trinity Church of England/Methodist Primary School based in Buckshaw Village near Chorley.
Trinity is one of Lancashire’s largest schools with over 625 pupils across two sites: infants at Brookwood Way and juniors at Unity Place. Both within Buckshaw Village.
Our annual Summer Fair is one of our biggest events of the year with hundreds of families from school and the surrounding community attending.
We would love the support of local businesses too, so how can you support us?
1) Advertise in our digital programme
Full Page advert £65 - Half Page £35
Our digital programme will be sent to all 630 students at Trinity as well as being available for download at our Summer Fair.
All art work must be in either JPEG or PNG file format and sized 14 x 20 cm for half page ads and 20 x 29 cm for full page.
2) Donate a prize for our raffle or other competitions
All prizes are gratefully received and listed in the program as well as advertised on our social media platforms.
3) Buy the PFA a gift from our Amazon wish list:

4) Have a Stall
Stalls are £15 - Join us on the day from 12pm – 3pm to sell your products, take orders or simply market your business.
Access is from 10am and a table and chair is provided. Please advise if you would prefer to bring your own table. NB: stall holders get a 10% discount on adverts should you wish to advertise in the program.
5) Sponsor a game
Advertise your business/event around one of our games at the Summer Fair using your promotional materials and ideally man the game so you have interaction with the parents and children.
6) Showcase in our arena
Do you run a group or class? Why not come along and give a demonstration in our show arena.

Trinity C of E/Methodist School relies on funds raised by the PFA for creative activities and fun interactive experiences to enhance, enrich and improve every child’s learning experience. Please help us deliver this to our families.
