It's Virtually Christmas!
As we can't have a normal Christmas Fair this year, we have been creative. This year we are having a virtual Christmas Fair including many of our old favourites but with a twist. It will take place from Friday 4th December till Saturday 12th December.
We will kick it all off on Friday 4th December with out usually non uniform day in exchange for bottles and chocolate for our tombola's.
Week commencing 7th December its our Sponsored Santa Run to the North Pole. 5 Miles in 5 Days. 2,242 miles to complete over the week.
We have several competitions running throughout the 2 weeks.
Calendar competition: Send in your photos of our local area to be one of the 12 lucky winners to have their photographs published in our calendar. Calendars will be on sale at the fair on Saturday 12th December 2020.
Up next is our Festive Pet Competition. Get little little furry friends dressed up and looking pretty for Christmas. Send your entries to email@example.com to enter and the winner will be announced at our fair on Saturday 12 December. The winner will be chosen by PJ Pet Photography.
Next up our famous Bake-Off Competition. Adult and Children's categories. Email or message your entries. Tanyas Baking will be donating a prize and judging the competition.
The last of our competitions is our Christmas Card Competition. All entries will be delivered to the Retirement Village this year. DO NOT send your entries into school. We will collect them at the gates on Friday 4th December and Friday 11th December. The Whittle Art Shed will donate a prize and judge the competition. So lets get crafty.
Don't forget our non uniform day on 4th December 2020. We ask for bottles and chocolates in exchange for your children going to school in their own clothes. These will be used for our raffle and the bottle and chocolate tombola's on the day of the fair.
Next up, we need YOUR help to save Christmas! Santa has called to say his elves have hidden the password for his computer and he thinks they are hiding somewhere on Buckshaw. We need to get the elves home by 12th December. Will you help Santa find his elves?
