Well, what a fantastic day we had! The Trinity PFA Christmas Fair was held on Saturday 2nd December in the school hall. In the biggest ever Christmas fair held at the school we raised a staggering £3851.32 to be used to benefit all children in the school over the coming months. From bouncy castles to balloon modelling, festive tea to Scrumpy Pigs Turkey Baps and plenty in between, there was plenty for everyone to do and enjoy!
The school choir opened the fair and we would like to thank Mrs Johnson for the fantastic performance from the choir. Chorley’s Angels' covered the Health and Safety to make sure everyone was safe and we had several stall holders with there amazing products so parents could also get some Christmas shopping done at the same time.
While the parents were busy shopping the children had lots of games to keep them occupied. SJ Enterprises supplied the bouncy castle, we had Olaf in One, Mince Pie Madness, Bauble Bobbing, Choco Cards and Pick a Prize Emoji to keep them entertained.
Santas Grotto was very busy all day and with our Year 6 Elves helping Santa the Grotto run smoothly. The excited faces of the little ones was a picture to uphold.
The raffle had amazing prizes which were donated by local companies and included a Samsung S8+ phone, a Samsung Galaxy S3 tablet supplied by The Pexion Group and a wonderful hamper supplied by Tesco Buckshaw. The raffle was drawn by Councillor Aidy Riggott.
The Trinity PFA committee would like to send thanks to every parent, child, teacher, volunteer, performer, stall holder, sponsor and other local businesses who attended, donated, supported and participated in making this such a wonderful day and a fantastic fundraising effort!
